  • Surrounding yourself with positive influences: Being around supportive, uplifting, and encouraging people can help counteract negative self-talk and build a more positive self-image.
  • Practice positive affirmations: Repeat positive affirmations to yourself, such as “I am worthy” or “I am good enough,” to help change negative self-talk and build self-confidence.
  • Seek professional help: If the insecurity has become overwhelming, it could be beneficial to seek professional help. A therapist or counselor can help individuals understand their insecurities’ roots and develop coping strategies.
